Eliana Amaral, from Pernambuco in north Brazil, was awarded second place while bringing up the rear was Jessica Amaral from the central northern region of Para who came third.

Ms Macedo, an administration student, had been embroiled in controversy leading up the event when she suggested on social media that the result would be fixed to give the title to rival Mari Sousa.

The contest was plunged into further chaos when rivals accused Ms Sousa, 25, and Ms Amaral, 24, of paying thousands of pounds to the event's judging panel for the right to come first and second. 

Brazil's O Dia newspaper reported that Ms Amaral, a law student representing the northeastern state of Pernambuco, had allegedly paid organisers around £18,000 for second place

The O Dia newspaper also alleged that Ms Amaral's impressive derriere is not entirely natural - which would eliminate her from the competition - and that an X-ray she says proves she has no implants in her bottom is fake.

Contestants took to Twitter to insult each other in the lead up to the competition.

Speaking after her win, Ms Macedo said: 'I'm all emotional. I didn't expect to win.

'All hell broke loose on social media sites but now I can say the contest was real.'

The new Miss Bumbum indicated her backside had not always been such a marketable asset.

'It isn't 100 per cent natural. I had a butt lift. I always had a large backside but liposuction improved it,' she said. 

The brunette said she hoped one day to become a television presenter.

Macedo also won 5,000 reais ($2,100)  and will also net ten times that in advertising contracts.

The Miss Bumbum contest begins with 27 candidates chosen to represent each of Brazil's 26 states and the federal district Brasilia.

The women are then whittled down to a final 15 in an online eliminatory round, before a winner is chosen by a judging panel of six women and five men.

Second place has also become a coveted position after previous years' runners up have achieve greater fame than the actual winners.

Zuena Mohammed akivaa nguo zake baada ya kunaswa na mteja chumbani.

Tukio hilo lilijiri chumba namba 14 ndani ya Gesti ya Mori Lodge iliyopo Sinza jijini Dar ambapo mwanamke huyo alikuwa amekodi chumba hicho na kuwapanga wanaume kwa foleni kwa ajili ya kutoa huduma haramu ya ngono.

Zuena akiwa na mteja wake chumbani mara baada ya kunaswa na polisi.

Baada ya kupenyezewa ‘tipu’ hiyo, OFM iliingia kazini na ‘kuliteka’ eneo la tukio kwa uchunguzi na kubaini undani wa ufuska huo wa kutisha.
Kabla ya yote ‘memba’ wa OFM alijifanya mmoja wa wanaume waliokuwa wakihitaji huduma ya mrembo huyo hivyo kujipatia data nyingi kabla ya kubadilisha uamuzi baada ya kupata ishu kamili.

Kilichofuata ni kwamba OFM iliwasiliana na Jeshi la Polisi Mkoa wa Kinondoni ambalo nalo baada ya kupokea taarifa hizo bila kusita lilifika eneo la tukio na kumnasa mrembo huyo akitoa hudumu kwa mwanaume ndani ya chumba hicho.
Katika hali ya sintofahamu, mazingira ndani ya chumba hicho yalionesha kuwa mrembo huyo ni mpangaji wa kudumu ambapo kulikuwa na meza ya kujiremba (dressing table) iliyosheheni mazagazaga ya vipodozi.
Ndani ya chumba hicho kulikutwa kondom zilizotumika na zisizotumika zikiwa zimezagaa sakafuni,
jambo lililothibitisha kuwepo kwa vitendo hivyo vichafu.

Wakati mrembo huyo akinaswa, baadhi ya wanaume waliokuwa wakisubiria huduma yake walitoka nduki huku wachache wakitiwa ko- rokoroni.
Wote waliokamatwa katika sekeseke hilo walipelekwa nyuma ya nondo za Mahabusi kwenye Kituo cha Polisi Kijitonyama ‘Maba- tini’ kwa ajili ya hatua zaidi za kisheria.

Chanzo chetu cha habari kilidai kuwa, kutokana na jinsi mrembo huyo ‘anavyokula vichwa’ mambo yakimuendea vizuri huweza kukusanya hadi shilingi laki mbili (200,000) kwa siku au usiku mmoja.

Mbali na mrembo huyo, wengine walionaswa wakijihusisha na bi- ashara haramu ya ngono eneo hilo ni Shakira Thabit na Christina Benard ambao nao walitiwa mbaroni pamoja na wateja wao.
OFM inalipongeza Jeshi la Polisi Mkoa wa Kinondoni na RPC wake, Camillus Wambura kwa kuitikia wito haraka wanapopata taarifa mbalimbali za uhalifu hivyo kupun- guza kasi ya uovu katika maeneo yake.

MWALIMU ANGIA MATATANI KWA KASHIFA MBAYA YA KUSHINIKIZA RUSHWA YA NGONO KWA MWANAFUNZI HUKO MKOANI MARA

TAASISI ya Kuzuia na Kupambana na Rushwa (TAKUKURU) mkoani Mara, inamshikilia Mkurugenzi wa Kituo cha Makoye Education Centre kilichopo Nyasho Manispaa ya Musoma, Mwalimu Joseph Makoye, kwa tuhuma za kudai rushwa ya ngono. 

Inadaiwa alidai rushwa ya ngono kwa mwanafunzi aliyekuwa akifanya maandalizi ya kufanya mtihani wa taifa wa kidato cha nne kwa mwaka 2013 kituoni hapo unaoanza leo.

Taarifa iliyotolewa kwa vyombo vya habari na Mkuu wa Takukuru mkoani Mara, Holle Makungu, ilidai mwanafunzi huyo ambaye jina lake linahifadhiwa, alijiandikisha kufanya mtihani huo kupitia sanduku la posta 216 la kituo hicho, ambapo barua yake ya mtihani kutoka Baraza la Taifa la Mitihani (NACTE) ilipitia katika kituo hicho na ndipo mkurugenzi wa kituo hicho alipotaka apewe rushwa ya ngono aitoe barua hiyo.

Taarifa hiyo ilidai baada ya barua hiyo kupokelewa katika kituo hicho, ilishikiliwa na mtuhumiwa ambaye kimsingi ndiye mmiliki wa sanduku hilo la barua kwa jina la Makoye Education Centre na kushindwa kumpa binti huyo hadi apewe rushwa ya ngono ikiwa ni sharti la kuipata barua hiyo.

Taarifa hiyo ilidai kuwa mtuhumiwa alitoa tahadhari ya kama binti huyo hatatoa rushwa hatoweza kufanya mtihani wake, kwa kuwa asingempatia barua hiyo.

Kutokana na hali hiyo, binti huyo alikwenda kutoa taarifa Takukuru ambapo iliandaa mtego wa kumnasa mtuhumiwa huyo katika eneo hilo Oktoba 2, mwaka huu, saa moja usiku baada ya mtuhumiwa kumpigia simu mwanafunzi huyo na kumtaka aende hapo.

Alisema maofisa wa Takukuru wakiwa katika mtego wao, alifika mtuhumiwa katika eneo hilo kisha kumuita mwanafunzi na kumpandisha katika gari lenye namba za usajili T 697 BNQ kisha kwenda naye katika nyumba ya kulala wageni ya Tedasi iliyopo eneo la Bweri nje kidogo ya Mji wa Musoma.

Alisema walifanikiwa kumtia mbaroni mtuhumiwa huyo katika nyumba hiyo ya wageni kisha kwenda naye nyumbani kwake eneo la Mkendo Kati na kufanya upekuzi na kufanikiwa kuipata fomu hiyo kutoka NACTE.

“Uchunguzi zaidi wa tukio hilo bado unaendelea na utakapokamilika hatua zaidi za kisheria zitachukuliwa dhidi ya mtuhumiwa huyo,” alisema Makungu.
